Mike Ducas, a former senior financial tax executive for a major international company and Neil DeLuca, former senior vice president for one of the nation's premier luxury homebuilders, share a philosophy somewhat different than most other builders...bigger is not always better. Pinecrest Lake Homes is a thriving example of that philosophy.

Since 1999 Neil has been overseeing all aspects of the Wild Pines Golf and Country Club community, originally as Senior Vice President for Spectrum Skanska, one of the top 100 homebuilders in the county and since 2002, as managing member of Pinecrest Lake Homes, LLC.

When Mike Ducas acquired the Wild Pines Golf Course in 2002, his fourth such golf course venture, it seemed to both men that a partnership between them to own and develop the remaining 120 homesites in and around the Wild Pines Golf Course would be of benefit not only to them but to the entire community. They were right.

Where else can you play a round of golf at a championship golf course with the club's owner? Where else can you walk your potential homesite or pick out granite for your kitchen countertop with the owner/developer? Mike and Neil started their company with a commitment to this type of one-on-one interaction with their homeowners and they haven't wavered.
