Wild Pines is an Escape for Family

 Whether it is for a day or a season, the Scully family from Ringwood, New Jersey says the time they spend together in their home at Wild Pines at Pinecrest Lake in the Pocono Mountains is a pleasant escape.        

According to Annie Scully, they previously rented at the community and have warm memories of Wild Pines.  When they decided to buy a second home, they knew it would be perfect for them.  

“Our first thought was to look at the shore, but we realized that with all the traffic and crowds it wouldn’t be much of a getaway for us,” she explained. “Then we noticed an ad for Wild Pines in the paper, took a drive up there and bought our home that same day!”

Social Activities Abound

POCONO PINES, PA- When Frank and Ceal Pilon were thinking about retiring and moving from their Danbury, Connecticut home, they never imagined that a glance at a magazine cover would lead them to a four-season resort lifestyle in the Pocono Mountains, which they now call home.
    
“My wife and I both play golf and are very active, so we were looking to retire in a community that had many social activities available for us to enjoy year round,” said Frank. “ We saw the Wild Pines neighborhood on a cover of a magazine and decided to take a drive there. It was very appealing and had great amenities such as the championship golf course, outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, and large clubhouse,” he added. “We knew this would be the ideal place to settle down.”
